About

United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia was founded in 1962 by a group of concerned citizens seeking to establish community based supports to address the needs of children and adults with cerebral palsy.

Since that time, UCP of Georgia has grown into a comprehensive service organization offer a wide range of supports for people living with many developmental disabilities in addition to cerebral palsy. The array of supports includes community living services, in-home supports, adult day programs, after school and out of school child care, supportive services, advocacy and more.

UCP has been consistently rated as one of the top 25 charitable organizations in Georgia, and is the State's largest non-profit organization providing community based supports for individuals with developmental disabilities.

UCP of Georgia spends nearly 89 cents of every dollar we receive directly on community services, making us one of the most cost efficient charities in the nation.
